MIDNIGHT EAST meets COWBOY FAMILY

4月10日（金）、MIDNIGHT EASTがCOWBOY FAMILYのコラボレーションパーティーを開催する。 Wada Yosuke率いる東京拠点のパーティー兼レーベル、COWBOY FAMILYがMIDNIGHT EASTとコラボレーションするのは、2024年11月のSugar FreeとFonteの初来日公演以来2回目となる。 今回ヘッドライナーに迎えるのは、ハウスミュージックのディガーコミュニティにおいてカルト的な支持を得るUKのベテラン、Truly Madlyだ。90年代からレコード収集を始めたTrulyだが、DJとして広く認知されるようになったのは最近のこと。2010代後半以降のキーウのCloserやベルリンのThe Ghostへの出演や、自身のSoundCloudにアップロードされた膨大な数のミックスを通して、彼の類まれなテイストとDJとしての手腕は徐々に知れ渡ることとなった。 今回がジャパンデビューとなるTruly Madlyと共演するのは、同じく初来日となる韓国人セレクターのSoyoだ。梨泰院のクラブHertzのレジデントであり、パーティーシリーズTime Illusionのキュレーターでもある彼女は、テクノ、ハウス、エレクトロといったジャンルをエフォートレスに行き来する。そしてCOWBOY FAMILYの最若手、KakeruがO-EAST 3Fのオープニングを務める。 そして東間屋フロアでは、昨年自身のパーティーUNDERTONEを立ち上げたCELTERをゲストに交え、COWBOY FAMILYのWada Yosuke、Takashi Himeoka、Rio Kawamoto、Toraoがブースに立つ。 MIDNIGHT EAST will have a collaborative party with COWBOY FAMILY on 10th April, Friday. This marks the second collaboration between Tokyo-based party and label COWBOY FAMILY and MIDNIGHT EAST since November 2024, when we invited Sugar Free and Fonte for their Tokyo debuts. Headliner for the night is Truly Madly, a UK veteran enjoying cult status within the house music digger community. Though Truly started collecting records in the 90s, it's only in recent years that he's gained wider recognition as a DJ. His exceptional taste and DJ skills gradually gained prominence through appearances at Kiev's Closer and Berlin's The Ghost in the late 2010s, alongside the dozens of mixes uploaded to his SoundCloud. Joining Truly Madly for his first gig in Japan is Korean selector Soyo, also making her Japan debut. A resident at Itaewon's night club Hertz and curator of the party series Time Illusion, she effortlessly traverses genres including techno, house, and electro. Opening the O-EAST 3F floor will be Kakeru, the youngest member of COWBOY FAMILY.
