He recently made his production debut under the alias Pacific Spirit alongside Patrick Holland. Her experimental practice spans sound, performance, and moving image, often unfolding through multiple aliases and collaborations. Known for sophisticated yet playful DJ sets, she blends genres into narrative-driven sonic journeys. Her film and audiovisual works explore themes of Indigenous cosmology, memory, and identity, and have been presented internationally, including at the Cannes Directors’ Fortnight. In 2003, he co-founded the influential label Wagon Repair with Mathew Jonson, becoming a key figure in the global minimal and techno scene. His work now spans film, installation, sound art, game audio, and fashion, earning recognition for immersive sound design that bridges contemporary art and club music. He has performed at renowned venues including Panorama Bar and Tresor, as well as clubs across Europe and Asia. Together with MAYUDEPTH, he runs the long-running Motorpool party in Tokyo.
