Based in Tokyo, Shelly brings a focused vision to techno with roots in both the experimental and collaborative music communities. An RBMA alumni from 2018, she's been integral to the forward-thinking sounds at dublab.es and co-works with Hamill Industries, positioning herself at the intersection of club culture and creative production. As one half of TOP74, Shelly continues to shape the underground techno landscape from Japan's capital.

Shelly is a Techno DJ in Tokyo. They have performed at Daikanyama ORD., Z Maruyama, Enter.
