The Great Outdoors Thursday June 4 – Sunday June 7, 2026 Tier 1: $160 ($176.96 including fees) Tier 2: $180 ($199.08 including fees) Tier 3: $200 ($221.20 including fees) Car Camping passes are $40 and must be purchased in advance. A car camping pass is needed to bring your car into the campsites. Ample, free parking is available onsite in the parking lot, about a 10-20 minute walk from the campsites. Event is 21+ Entry requires an ID that matches your ticket. If you use a different name than your ID, please be able to show the purchase confirmation email at the gate. If you’d like a refund or want to transfer a ticket to a friend, reach out to us by May 8th. Please help us to maintain safety and intimacy by not selling your ticket to anyone you don't know or trust. If you or someone you know would be prevented from attending due to barriers to access, please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible. Sliding scale tickets are limited in quantity, offered on a first-come, first-served basis among eligible applicants, and reviewed with care. Any donations received will go towards increasing the number of NOTAFLOF sliding scale tickets we can make available. ------- Camping Details This is a leave no trace event. Please plan to bring trash bags and clean up your camping area before you leave the venue. We will have ample portable toilets available as well as drinking water stations! There is limited car camping available, otherwise you will be able to drive in to drop off your belongings and park a 10-15 min walk from the site for free. Smoking We will be providing plastic buckets around the campsite to dispose of waste. Please be mindful of these, we would like to keep working with the venue for future years :) --- VITARAVE008 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY By purchasing a ticket or otherwise registering to attend VITARAVE008, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1.1 Inherent Risks You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with attending VITARAVE008, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and whether such risks are known or unknown, forseeable or unforseeable. These risks include but are not limited to: -Physical injury or death -Property damage or theft -Exposure to loud music, including hearing damage resulting from exposure to loud music -Risks associated with strobe lighting, fog, haze, and special effects -Dehydration and exhaustion -Effects of weather, including heat, cold, rain, or sun -Potential exposure to communicable diseases -Injuries from dancing or physical activities -Risks associated with crowd movements -Risks associated with swimming in creek, including water related injuries -Any impact of alcohol or substance consumption -Emotional or psychological distress 1.2 Release of Liability You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge VITARAVE008, its organizers, promoters, performers, sponsors, staff, contractors, vendors, affiliates, volunteers, and the venue, employees, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, negligence, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss, injury, or death to you or your property while participating in or attending VITARAVE008, to the fullest extent of the law. 1.2 Swimming Risks and Liability You acknowledge that swimming activities at VITARAVE008 are entirely voluntary and unsupervised. -Specific risks include but are not limited to: -Drowning or near-drowning incidents -Injuries from diving or jumping into water -Injuries from underwater hazards including rocks, vegetation, and debris -Water quality-related illness or infection -Slipping or falling on wet surfaces -Temperature-related conditions including hypothermia -Fatigue or exhaustion from swimming -Injuries from other swimmers or water activities You understand that NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY and you swim at your own risk. You certify that you are a competent swimmer and acknowledge that swimming while under the influence of alcohol or substances significantly increases risk of injury or death. 1.3 Substance Policy and Acknowledgment VITARAVE008 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. While alcohol consumption may be permitted for attendees 21+, you acknowledge and agree that: -You are solely responsible for your alcohol consumption and resulting behavior -Intoxication is not an excuse for dangerous or disruptive behavior -Medical emergencies related to substance use are your financial responsibility -The Released Parties are not responsible for any adverse reactions or interactions -Possession of illegal substances will result in immediate ejection without refund -You consent to inspection upon entry and at any time during the event 2. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, lawsuits, damages, injuries, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from your attendance at VITARAVE008. 3. MEDICAL CONSENT 3.1 Emergency Care You authorize the VITARAVE008 organizers to secure emergency medical care or transportation if deemed necessary, and you agree to assume all costs of emergency medical care and transportation. 3.2 Physical Condition You acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you have no physical or medical condition that would endanger yourself or others by attending the event. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating your fitness and capability to safely participate in the event activities. 3.3 Emergency Procedures You acknowledge and agree to the following emergency protocols: -Medical emergencies will be handled by onsite medical staff and/or local emergency services -You authorize event staff to contact emergency services on your behalf if needed -You agree to follow all evacuation or emergency instructions immediately -In case of weather emergency, you will follow staff instructions for shelter -You authorize event staff to share your emergency contact information with medical providers if necessary 4. RECORDING AND PUBLICITY 4.1 Image Rights You grant permission to VITARAVE008 to utilize your image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display made during the event without any compensation or permission. 5. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOR 5.1 Banned Items VITARAVE008 reserves the right to deny entry to anyone carrying prohibited items, including but not limited to: -Weapons of any kind -Explosives -Illegal substances -Glass containers 5.2 Behavior VITARAVE008 reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person who: -Engages in disorderly conduct -Poses a hazard to the safety of others -Fails to comply with conduct rules -Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs -Violates any law or ordinance -Does not comply with posted signs, instructions, or rules 5.3 Age Requirement Minimum age of attendance: 21 years. 6. FORCE MAJEURE The organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: -Acts of God -Natural disasters -Government restrictions -Civil unrest -Terrorist threats or acts -Pandemics or public health emergencies 7. RESERVATION POLICIES 7.1 Refunds All reservation funds are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of complete event cancellation at the sole discretion of organizers. 7.2 Right of Admission VITARAVE008 reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee without refund for any reason. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California. 9. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 10. BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR SUBMITTING A REGISTRATION TO ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN VITARAVE008, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
