The Wedding

"The Wedding" is a one-night immersive art, theatre, and music experience set in a historic former bank in Williamsburg, presented by Surfacescape, a NYC-based art nonprofit. A theatrical cross-national wedding introduces interactive art installations, participatory food experiences, and live performances throughout the 6,000 sq ft main hall, crowned by frescoed domes. The evening culminates in 3 DJ sets by elladotnet, with Ex Wiish and Connor Wrong. Featuring work by 15+ NYC artists, the show responds to ongoing tensions around immigration, visas, and belonging in the U.S. All tickets include 1 complimentary drink.
