Cooking for the end of the world

A talk and DIY bouillon workshop exploring the gastronomic logics of doomsday preppers, lost culinary worlds, and critical preservation methods. Followed by a bouillon stock powder workshop inspired by doomsday prepper kits and MRE's, where participants will design, combine, and taste individual bouillon broths.
