TICKETS AVAILABLE ON DICE Mahmut Orhan returns to New York on May 15 for an extended set at Industry City, joined by Maxi Meraki, Mary Jane, and Wemi. Over the past decade, Orhan has built an international profile through a catalog that blends indie dance, deep house, and melodic club music with influences from Turkish instrumentation. Early tracks like “Age of Emotions” and “Feel” introduced his sound to a wide audience, while his version of “6 Days” became a crossover success across multiple markets. His releases have appeared on labels including Sony Music and Ultra, and his touring schedule has taken him to festivals such as Tomorrowland, Coachella, Untold, and Exit, along with residencies and appearances at Pacha and Ushuaïa Ibiza. In 2024, he expanded into a larger live format with Revo, a concept that combined visual production with extended DJ sets. The project sold out dates across Europe and North America, including multiple stops in New York. He is joined by Belgian artist Maxi Meraki, whose productions sit within the same melodic and indie-leaning space. Since 2019, Meraki has released on Diynamic, Higher Ground, and Insomniac, earning support from Solomun, Adriatique, Black Coffee, and the Keinemusik circle. His remix work includes artists such as RÜFÜS DU SOL, WhoMadeWho, Monolink, and Orhan himself, placing him within a closely linked network of artists shaping this sound. Miami-based Mary Jane also joins the lineup. Emerging from the city’s club circuit, she has performed at venues including Floyd and Do Not Sit on the Furniture, while building an international schedule across North America and Europe. Her sets draw from indie dance, acid, and psychedelic house, and she has released music on Higher Ground and Maccabi House. Rounding out the bill is Wemi, a NYC-born DJ and producer with Nigerian heritage, whose sets lean into Afro-house and Afro-tech. Her work across music, fashion, and her event platform Heat House informs a focused and considered presence behind the decks. The event takes place at Industry City, a repurposed waterfront complex in Sunset Park that now functions as a large-scale cultural and event space within a historic industrial setting.
