A revisiting and continuation of Tyler Ashley's 2014 performance Kidnap Me, reimagined for the QNCC warehouse. Set to the minimalist universe of Julius Eastman, the work unfolds as an enduring, vulnerable, choreographed and improvisational trance—a chosen family circling the pull between escape and the will to stay and fight. This iteration brings together performers working across dance, drag, performance art, writing, and nightlife.
