Soldiers of Love Look-a-like Contest

To kick off the beginning of Spring and celebrate the end of a brutal Winter, DJ duo Soldiers of Love curated a series of parties named "Spring Fling." They highlight fun lesbian and queer-centered events around NYC, this time with exciting gimmicks and themes. On April 16th at The Bush Dyke Bar in Bushwick, there will be a "celesbian" look-a-like contest. It's simple - dress up as one of the 3 chosen lesbian celebrities, and a panel of judges will critique the contestants on accuracy and the final winners will get a prize. The celesbians chosen to imitate are Kehlani, Doechii, and Kate Moennig (Shane from the L word, duh). Expect to hear the all-queer DJ lineup lay down some global club bangers.
