CARGO welcomes Shaun J. Wright (12AM-3AM). Chicago lineage, global presence, and a voice that cuts straight through the room. Raised in the birthplace of house, Shaun J. Wright carries that legacy with intention from early immersion in Chicago’s radio-driven house explosion to the underground pulse of juke and ballroom culture. It’s not just influence, it’s foundation. A former vocalist and touring force with Hercules and Love Affair, Wright has spent years shaping dance floors across continents; from Panorama Bar to Smart Bar Chicago and everywhere in between. Now stepping into CARGO, expect a set that moves with purpose deep house, club pressure, and moments that pull you all the way in before you even realize it. Opening CARGO (10PM-12AM) is Mark Holcomb. New York-based DJ and longtime fixture across the city’s queer club circuit, Mark Holcomb brings a sharp, genre-blurring approach shaped between early 2000s West Side nightlife and years behind the decks at parties like The Carry Nation and HARDER, with sets at Good Room, Paragon, and H0L0. His sound moves between pop, disco, and house with an instinct for timing and contrast pulling from different eras without losing a beat. In the Foyer its Carzoilla (10PM-12AM). Born in Miami and now based in New York, Caroline Cardenas brings a wide-lens approach shaped by her Cuban-American roots and deep record knowledge. Her sets move fluidly through acid jazz, global disco, and electronic grooves—drawing from years behind the decks, a residency at Dante’s HiFi, and stages alongside artists like Sister Sledge and Theo Parrish. Joopiter follows in the Foyer (12AM-3AM). Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist Brandon Sinclair, aka Joopiter, blends house, club, and high-energy grooves with a sharp instinct for pacing and crowd control. He’s lit up rooms from New York to Tulum to Barcelona, with appearances at parties like Glitterbox, and shared stages with Romy Madley Croft, Coco & Breezy, and Kevin Aviance. A trusted curator in the scene, he brings a steady, driving energy that keeps the floor locked well into late. Venue opens at 5PM | Happy Hour 5PM-7PM | Music at 9PM Backpacks and large bags are not permitted inside the venue and are subject to mandatory coat check.
