Through the ethereal and rural, kanun and kaval meet around the table to praise the past memories, smells and tastes of childhood summers. The feeling of barley fields brushing our palms during eternal daydreaming walks. The smell of hand picked lavender steaming and ready to sooth the soul. The sound of clinking glasses reflecting smiling glances. The aftermath of dancing and singing, across and next to each other, while the sacred oaks illuminate and warm up our red euphoric faces under the starry night. Sound will always be in the core of it, the air to breathe and remember. Music will be the spark, the colours, personal and unique, to each one of us, to form it and shape it, into the happiest place to return to!
