DTMF! returns for a spring get down on 17th April at The Carpet Shop. This will be the last shindig for a little bit so please do pull up ;) We'll be joined by the talented Heléna Star – one of the warmest souls in the UK electronic scene and a true house head. With a sound that floats through soulful, bubbling baselines across disco, house, techno & garage. A dedicated force in the scene and host of Therapy World, as well as shows on Voices and Foundation FM – we’ve been wanting this one for a while. Expect an extended set and come ready to let loose. Alongside her is NYC-raised Terrence Michael; a friend of the party, DJ and visual artist. Having been shaped by the early, eclectic spirit of house, he cut his teeth dancing in NYC’s queer house & techno scene. His sound moves between psychedelic soul, raw funk and punk energy – a deep digger with taste spanning disco to dub, house to techno and beyond. After a year of seeing him cut shapes on our floor, we are excited to have him behind the controls this time :) The ting will run from 11PM–5AM and tickets are £10–16.
