Icons only on 25th April, as Brama returns with two Queens of the underground, and the founder of one of our favourite parties up North. Headlining is a long-awaited debut for BASHKKA. The German-Turkish DJ has had a meteoric rise. Shaped by a spiritual awakening in New York, BASHKKA has become a torchbearer for the queer underground, bringing her fierce authenticity and high-voltage energy to Panoramabar, Multisex and the NYC Downlow, to name a few. Quite simply, she is one of the most important DJs to emerge from the queer scene in a long time. We’re lucky to have her. She’s joined by another of our all-time favourites, the deeply talented Stella Zekri. Whether she’s spinning records, or fronting the zouk-meets-boogie band Stella & The Longos, she is a whirlwind of skill, charisma, and Parisian steez. Her classic house sound feels perfectly matched to Hideout’s warm, wooden acoustics. We know she’ll rock the house on 25th April. Support comes from Michael Upson, the founder and resident of legendary Leeds party Love Muscle. To those who know, Michael is one of the best house DJs in the North - a low key but highly talented spinner who’s shared the booth with just about everyone. He’s always impressed us as a DJ, and for what he’s done for Leeds’ music scene. Michael plays b2b with our resident Toby, for the first time ever. On our Chillout Boat, local heroes Kafn and Plena Sound soundtrack the cosier moments in the night. Hosted by our Italian diva Loren Dell'Arco. Artwork by Nico H. Brausch.
