Girella

Girella, a series of post-club nights curated by Giri. The project builds on a network developed over years of activity as a cultural space, combining this reach with a clear curatorial direction and production approach. The second edition extends this approach through a collaboration with Assemble, a London-based agency recognized for its distinct artistic direction. The lineup includes Kasei P, Sansibar, Maara, and Softi, selected for their approach to contemporary club music, and closes with Herrensauna resident DJ Saliva. As with the first edition, the event is intentionally positioned outside conventional club spaces, creating conditions for closer interaction between audience, artists, and sound. The multifunctional space will allow for interaction between rooms: there will be three rooms - a dance room, a chill-out room, and a gathering space. Info & tickets via RA. **************************************************************** SANSIBAR Sansibar pushes a distinctive take on galactic funk, shaped by an intuitive approach and a run of releases on Kalahari Oyster Cult, Darknet, Émotsiya, Natural Sciences, and Sin Sistema. As a DJ, he takes an open-ended approach while staying firmly locked into groove, moving between raw, warped, high-pressure, and psychedelic zones. MAARA Maara is a Montréal-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer known for her innovative, high-energy approach. Since her breakout Ultimate Reward EP, she has released on X-Kalay, Kalahari Oyster Cult, and Punctuality (Drama On). Her sound shifts between playful, pop-leaning moments and harder, driving club energy. SOFTI softi is a London-based DJ and producer moving through deep techno, UK bass, trance, and dub with a hypnotic, fluid approach. Her genre-blurring sound and groove-led sets have made her one of the most exciting names to emerge from the UK in recent years. Whether downtempo or peak-time, her DJing is sharp, fluid, and built for the dancefloor. DJ SALIVA Mauro is a Herrensauna resident and label manager, known for fusing old-school and hi-tech sounds - from electro and breaks to trippy, hypnotic tribal grooves. He also co-founded Porto’s queer party Arena Spa Superiora and curates the label’s visuals and artwork. KASEI P Kasei P is a sound artist and for this performance will bring an electronic experience with shades of jazz and psychedelia, combined with breakbeats and minimalist soundscapes, with genre bending textures that blend together across the exhibition. ASSEMBLE Born in Glasgow and now based in London, Assemble Agency has established itself as a cornerstone for uncompromising electronic music. Defined by a dedication to the global underground, they bridge the gap between established pioneers and the next wave of sonic innovators.
