BODY OS Playground: a dance exploration of your inner system Step into a guided dance floor where movement becomes inquiry and the body becomes interface. BODY OS Playground blends dance, somatics and experimental systems, inviting you to explore how you move, sense and relate. Rooted in 8OS (∞OS), an open-source “operating system for the bodymind,” it treats the dance floor as a space to experiment with rhythm, perception and interaction. Through guided prompts and free-form dancing, you’ll explore flow, adaptability and responsiveness as embodied states. Optional wearable sensors translate movement into subtle digital feedback.
