PERMIT & TEMPO take over Horn for the final day of Songkran PERMIT began in Seoul through secret rave formats that took people out of the city and into unfamiliar spaces. What started as temporary gatherings in unexpected locations has since evolved into a broader platform. Alongside larger-scale events, PERMIT now moves through carefully curated takeovers, bringing its distinct sound, atmosphere, and dancefloor energy into existing venues and new cities. Freedom through immersion. This is supported by practical spatial system design, including lighting programmed to keep the environment intentionally dark. Together with a no photo, no video policy, it helps protect a shared atmosphere of presence, respect, and freedom within the space. As PERMIT enters a new city, we hope this same spirit of respect can carry into the night and be held collectively by everyone in the space. TEMPO is a music collective from Bangkok.
