*JPN BELOW The party series the4thway (第四の道 / daiyon-no-michi), organized by NordOst, will hold its spin-off party “道草 Michikusa” (means: dawdle, detour) at bar bonobo, Harajuku on Wednesday, July 29. On the first-floor space, two rappers will be featured: the newcomer lymph, whose enigmatic presence stands out, and cult star Karavi Roushi, whose 2025 release BLADE N still continues to resonate with excitement. Joining as DJs are Imkaka, organizer of the Kobe-based parties 404 and CUDDLE; Yuoto Saito, who translates trap-derived aesthetics into hard-edged techno; and Zooey Loomer 1979, also known as a bonobo staff member and a selector deeply familiar with the pleasures of intimate venues. Appearing as residents of The Fourth Way are illequal and NordOst. Each will perform an extended set of approximately 75 to 80 minutes. On the second-floor tatami room, the lineup includes a solo set by chiho satoh, also known for activities at parties such as Hoshi no Oto and at Chofu Cross; eijin b2b vq, who are expected to play as though casually sharing the music they normally listen to; the emerging talent lostbaggage, who, after working as staff at bonobo and several other clubs, has blossomed into a DJ of overwhelming aptitude; and rickshinmi, a dark selector and true raver who travels both within Japan and abroad, drawing psychedelia from music of every kind without regard to genre. The Fourth Way resident Telematic Visions will also appear. Here as well, each artist will perform an extended set of approximately 80 to 90 minutes.
