Sausha doesn’t just make music – she mutates it. Born in Colombia, raised in Miami, sharpened in New York’s underground, and now a core force behind Halcyon Veil’s left-field sound, she will be performing in Japan for the first time. With her debut EP, she’s opted to turn inward, translating the kinetic energy of the booth into something more intimate and uncanny. The result is a collection of tracks best swallowed without chaser, its bitter aftertaste addictive by the second or third dose. While she has established herself as a NYC favorite and recently graced Boiler Room’s screen, she has also toured in Europe playing at the likes of Evian Christ’s Trance Party and Club Stamina in London, Herrensauna and Creamcake in Berlin. Her sets, described by FACT as “a high-velocity rush of sleaze, sweat, and sirens,” have cemented her as a global fixture in the experimental club scene.
