It's not the body that's electrocuted. It's the mind!!! "ELECTRONICOS FANTASTICOS!" (commonly known as "NICOS!") is a project in which artist Ei Wada, together with fellow veterans scattered across Japan, transform obsolete electrical appliances into new "electromagnetic musical instruments." Since starting to collect old appliances in 2015, "NICOS Orchestra-Lab" activity bases have sprung up in Tokyo, Hitachi, Kyoto, Nagoya, Akita, and Fukuoka. In the spring of 2026, the lab will embark on a self-organized tour called "Fly! Electromagnetic Tour," reuniting with local heroes in the birthplace of the lab! Playing the "electromagnetic folk music" it has developed over the past decade, they will travel around the country causing chaos, weirdness, and mayhem!!! Don't miss it!!!
